Inspired by the 60s/70s era of great music and great cameras, and the song Good Lovin' by The Young Rascals - GOOD LOVIN was born. A creative outlet for me to capture weddings in a way that feels fun and real and intentional, as it always should be.

I love photographing candidly with a documentary eye. The stuff that happens when nobody is thinking about the camera. I also love taking a really beautiful photograph. The kind you want to print, frame and hang on your wall - not just leave buried in your camera roll.

So my approach is ever changing with the pace and tone of each wedding I attend. I let the day unfold naturally, but I know when to step in with gentle direction when it counts. I notice when a moment is already happening and I know when to leave it alone. 

If you wanna do the whole big shebang party, I'm so there on the d-floor with you at the end of the night. If you wanna do the intimate, low-key celebration with a few nearest and dearest, I'm the calm presence in the room. If you wanna actually enjoy your wedding over hours of taking photos, I AM YOUR GIRL! That's what I love most about weddings, every wedding is so different and so deeply personal.

I love weddings because it's you marrying your love. Good people, good food, good music. And good photos to remember it by. I love taking pretty pictures but it's more than that, to me. Honest, fun, beautiful, a little bit cool and a little bit weird at times. Your wedding is your memories. Photos that are about your day, not your day about the photos. And with intentional photography, your photos bring you back to how it felt.
